Cottage 1: space and conviviality
The first cottage can accommodate up to 5 people and has a private garden of 100 m². Small pets are allowed on request, so you can share your holiday with your four-legged companions.
Services and equipment
Both cottages feature high-speed Wi-Fi (fiber optic), a fully equipped kitchen, a private bathroom, and a barbecue for outdoor dining. Guests of both accommodations have access to a shared area including an outdoor swimming pool and a ping-pong table, ideal for relaxing and having fun with family or friends.
Ideal situation
Located close to the main house, the cottages are just 3 minutes from the beaches of Lake Sanguinet, Biscarrosse and Cazaux, as well as the cycle paths. The Dune du Pilat, Arcachon and the vast ocean beaches of Biscarrosse are accessible in 20 minutes, while Cap Ferret, Bordeaux and the medieval town of Saint-Émilion are less than an hour's drive away.
